I approach shooting weddings different than a lot of photographers. The staged and forced wedding photos were never my thing. Instead I focus my time trying to blend in as much as possible. Think of me as a wedding photo journalist, where I’m shooting your wedding in story form.

Of course I still do formal/group shots at most weddings(entirely your decision). This is the only time where I’m "directing” people. This usually takes about 30 minutes if things go smoothly. I also still do solo shots of the bride and groom, but, instead of posing the shots, we will find some good spots and and just let things naturally unfold(I promise its easier than you think). The rest of the wedding I’m trying my best to be invisible and looking for those special moments that most brides and grooms miss.

I also offer hybrid photo/video. This includes my usual photo coverage as well as a 2-3 minute highlight video. This is a video of short 3-5 second clips of your wedding with music. No audio is recorded. The photo and video are shot by myself, as I will switch between photo and video throughout the day. This gives you the advantages of videography at a reasonable price.
